Shipping and return policy

At Hello & Co, we value your feedback on each of your transactions. To guarantee that your experience is satisfactory, we have devised a beneficial delivery strategy.

Territories Covered

We ship anywhere In Canada and the US.

Prior to the final confirmation of your transaction, the price, and shipping method are added in accordance with the specified delivery address (refer to the shipping costs section).

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free, anywhere in Canada, for any purchases of $200 or more before taxes.

All items delivered in Canada amounting to $200 or less before taxes are subject to a $20 delivery fee, except gift cards, which have free delivery.

Shipping Delays

We are aware that you are anxiously awaiting your Hello & Co order! Because of this, our staff is working diligently to complete your purchase as soon as possible.

Within 24 hours of receiving your purchase, Canada Post rapid mail will deliver your items. After that, your order should arrive in 2 to 3 business days. When your order leaves our location, you will be notified through email. You will then be issued a tracking number, so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Gifts and Shipping to Another Person

Without paying additional delivery fees, you can have an item delivered straight to another individual (refer to the Shipping Cost section).

Simply provide your address in the "Billing address" section during checkout (to get the invoice through email) and input the delivery address of the recipient of the purchase in the "Delivery address" area.

Price tags will be removed from the items for discretion, as we view this as a gift.

Please be aware that gift wrapping comes at an extra charge for the holiday season. It’s a wonderful way to send your kids lovely presents! The container also includes a card that may be personalized.

Order Cancellation

We have the right to cancel your order if it was placed online through the Hello & Co website for any reason.

In this scenario, you will get an email confirming the reimbursement of your transaction.

Return and Refund Policy

At Hello & Co, we are aware that it is very possible to return an item after making an in-person or online purchase. To assure your total happiness, we have created our own return and exchange policy.

All items bought from Hello & Co. are subject to the following terms.

Order Cancellations

Within 30 days, you can cancel your order from the Hello & Co shop without providing a reason.

The time frame for cancelling an order is 30 days after you received the products or after a person you designated, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered item.

You must email us at [email protected] to inform us of your choice to cancel your order at Hello & Co.

We will reply you within 14 days of the day we receive the returned products, provided that all return criteria are met (see the Return Conditions section).

After that, we will utilize the same payment method as you did to place the order at no extra charge.

Exchange of Products

Simply order the item you want and send the unwanted item back to us within 30 days of the transaction date for a refund if you bought a product that is the incorrect size, color, or design.

Our experience demonstrates that it is preferable to reimburse the undesired item at the time of return rather than offering swaps. Since you won't have to wait for the return to be processed before ordering and receiving the item you desire, it is quicker and simpler to think about each transaction independently.

By placing a second order, you can avoid having to wait for a refund to be processed and guarantee that the right product will be delivered to you as soon as possible without running out of stock.

Return of Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

You must examine the goods as soon as you receive them.

Please submit your return request online within 10 days after receiving your order if the goods are flawed, damaged, or do not match the invoice. Together with your return request, provide images of the disputed goods.

We will replace your item at no additional cost to you after reviewing your request as soon as we can.

We will reply you within 14 days of the day we receive the returned products, provided that all return criteria are satisfied (see the Return Conditions section).

Return Conditions

Please, ensure the following before returning any Hello & Co. goods for an exchange or refund:

  • The item was bought within the past 30 days;
  • The item was bought at full price (we do not accept returns on items bought on discount);
  • The item is returnable (see the section on Non-returnable Products);
  • The item is in its first packing, which includes labels and an instruction manual;
  • Except for faulty or damaged goods that are received, the item is in flawless, brand-new condition;
  • The goods have neither being with used nor washed;
  • The product is spotless and devoid of any strange scents or animal hair;
  • You possess a valid sales invoice, receipt, or other evidence of purchase.

Non-returnable Products

Most products purchased from Hello & Co store or online are returnable.

However, the following goods CANNOT be returned:

  • Purchases of discounted goods;
  • Products that are plainly customized or created to your needs;
  • Products that, by nature, cannot be returned, degrade quickly, or have past their expiration dates;
  • Products that have been opened after delivery and cannot be returned for health or hygiene concerns;
  • Products that are inseparably mixed with other commodities after delivery due to their nature;
  • Gift cards

Upon receipt, every good being returned will undergo a thorough inspection.

At its sole discretion, Hello & Co retains the right to deny the return of any items that do not adhere to the aforementioned terms.

Products Purchased on Sale

Only items with standard prices can be exchanged, returned, or reimbursed. Sadly, items that are discounted or on sale are neither returnable nor exchangeable.

Return Procedure

You are responsible for the cost and risks of returning the goods to us.

Items lost or damaged in return shipping are not our responsibility. Therefore, we advise using a traceable, insured courier service.

Without actual receipt of the items or documentation of successful return delivery, we cannot provide a refund.

Gift Returns

You will be given a gift certificate for the amount of your return if the items were labelled as gifts when they were bought and sent straight to you. We'll send you a gift certificate when we get the returned item.

We will send the refund directly to the gift donor if the items weren't identified as gifts when they were purchased or if the gift donor had the order delivered to themselves to give to you later.
